Stress and Anxiety Workshop Options

Learn more about how stress and/or anxiety can affect you, and what you can do about it. These 45-minute workshops are free and there is no need to sign up ahead of time—all sessions are drop-in.

WORKSHOP OPTIONS-SPRING 2018

Single Session

One-time single session will focus on learning more about how stress and/or anxiety can affect you and what you can do about it. Strategies pertaining to working with thoughts, the physiological response to stress, and creating a healthy lifestyle will be discussed.

4 Sessions Series

Attend the 4-week sessions and get a more in-depth look at how stress and/ or anxiety affect you specifically. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice several types of strategies, mainly focusing on their thinking and physiological responses to stress, to assess what works best for you. Attend all weeks of a 4-session workshop or just come to the week you would like further information/practice on.
